Selling glitches: auto relist and photos

I've been having a couple of issues the last few months.

"Auto relist up to 4 times" option is missing:

Yes, I am aware that it has moved to the bottom of the Selling details section rather than the bottom of the page. Tonight it seems to be sporadically appearing and disappearing as I add details to my listing. It will be there at the start, but somewhere along the line it disappears (for example, when I add a description or my postage options). I tried to create a template and the option was there, but when I went to use the template it was gone.  Have just discovered that if I list my item then go "revise" the option is back again but unticked (even if I managed to tick the option when creating the listing).

This option just seems to be gone, can anyone confirm?

Okay, so this helped me to check if auto-relist was active on an item, but it doesn't offer a solution as to why it's happening. Also for the ones that don't have auto-relist enabled, I can't fix this when I go to revise the listing :S
