I have recently had a problem after selling a pair of sneakers via ebay. I regularly sell pairs through ebay, so not long ago I made a sale and printed the label and sent the pair to the authentication centre like usual. However, when the buyer saw tracked the package going to the authentication centre, they believed it was going the wrong way and redirected it to themselves. They then received the package and got the item, which I then assumed was fine because ebay would realise this, as well as other people who had used ebay telling me it would correct it. I am beginning to get concerned now, because it has been nearly 3 weeks or possibly longer and the ebay tracker still believes the item is heading towards the authentication centre, and with their policy of payout after authentication, I am worried I wont be able to access my payout. Usually, I wouldn't mind waiting, but this pair is higher valued and the payout is over $500. Any help or suggestions would be great.
