This problem has been consistently re-occuring month after month.
My funds go on hold because of my tracking performance yet I'm using eBay to make the Auspost labels.
When I go look at the tracking numbers they're incomplete and are missing digits from the actual label, usually missing 2 digits. I've had the shipping and IT department both look into it, "fix it" and it happens again.
My last few months of Tracking Performance is less than 70% because of this, yet I'm a Top Rated Seller and Pre Loved Partner and told by many agents different information regarding this situation and all tell me the IT department will fix it but nothing seems to be actually fixed, this is the 4th month in a row.
I've opened many cases about this and they close my case and rectify the problem enough that my sales don't go on hold but after a few weeks it happens again.
Has this been happening to any one else?
