Unable to contact my buyers

I cannot contact my buyers. If I click the link on the listing page, the message is " The page is not responding" .It's more than 1 week now.

Apparently there is a technical issue under investigation from the Technical team.

Ebay says that other members are esperiencing this problem. They are working on it but they are unable to give a time frame.

Someone else has the same trouble? Or advises?

If they are buyers who have previously bought from you, you can access their email address.

There have been others reporting the same issue.
