Hey I’m trying to update my personal information but when I upload files it says the file is less than the minimum 100kb needed and eBay doesn’t have a phone number or anyone to call so this is my last resort. And I have payments which are held until I get this done and it’s been months….
It it not necessarily uploading files. It is signing up to Managed Payments, not updating personal information, which requires a bank account level of proof of identity.
