Variation isn't working properly - can't add size & colour etc.

Hi, has anyone had problems with the variation creation recently?

I cannot create a variation by size and colour. Don't know what to do now... listing items one by one doesn't make sense nor an efficient way.

Since ebay had updated the version of seller listing there are so many issues.

Are you getting any kind of error message at all?

I find that if I just copy an old listing, it uses the old listing form - that could be a good workaround. (You have to copy an old variation listing to create a new one, then just go in to the variations, delete all the ones copied over and create new ones).

Like digi, the last one a couple of days ago was a copy of an old one.    I haven't tried a new one from scratch, not because of problems, its just easy to copy.

Thanks digi and sugar for your reply. Copying from an old listing is indeed a good idea.

I also tried it this way, but same issue came up. I edited the variation from my old listing, and need to change one of the attributes - I had "style" before and need to change it to "colour".  It didn't allow me with an error message popped up "This attribute isn't valid for this variation. Add a valid attribute." Acturally no matter what attibute I input there, the same error message pops up. I captured the screen shot.

Can we contact ebay directly for this kind of issues? Don't know if they've got any sort of customer service or technical help desk.
