What is wrong with eBay?

I have been repeatedly locked out of my account, asked to change passwords which I have done. I've listed items, have bids and then get another message that I'm locked out and need to change my password. I change my password and get into my account and they have removed my listings which had bids on the listings!!!!! I go to HELP and they can't phone or chat because they are doing system maintenance. This is pathetic.

It sounds like you have been restricted because you haven't provided details to be moved over to managed payments as eBay are parting company with PayPal.
