When getting a list of items, the first 11 images show and then just little white boxes?

When I do a list or list search, the first 11 images show, and then I get little white boxes, as per the image below. Why does this happen and how can I fix it?

That link dates back to September last year, when I click on their feedback and look for their new listings it all comes up OK.
