Where has my account, username and over 1500 feedback gone

I've been away for 6mths, forgot my password so had a code sent to email to reset it. Was recognised, all details correct, except AFTER recognising me, it asked for address and phone number. Suddenly I have some weird username, and no feedback!!!

Did you sign in from actual eBay or one of the other options like Facebook?
