When I proceed to the checkout to pay the information on the screen states
"One or more sellers can't accept payments right now." I have been tooing and frowing with the seller but we are both at wits ends.
I can't find a number to call anyone at Ebay. I have checked for cookies as suggested and now I can't access my computer.

The ebay call center has been closed for several months due to Covid, there is only Live Chat
Has the seller gone over to managed payments?
Are you only trying to pay for the one item?
Are the other items in your cart awaiting payment that are in different currencies?
I am not sure why clearing cookies would mean you cannot access your computer though, I have never experienced that simply by clearing only cookies
