Why cant I see my purchase history or anyones feedback, including my own?

Its been this way for some weeks now. I thought it might fix itself but no. I use microsoft edge browser.

I get this input error message when i try.

Have you tried another browser?

eBay does not support IE and has caused issues for years so it is possible eBay is having a 'hangover' with some people using Edge

i just signed out and back in and its working now. i guess the old "turn it off and back on again" trick extends to websites as well as physical electrical items.
