Why i'm not able to contact EBay Live Chat ? I'm trying it per a week and never works

I dont know what happened with my ebay, probably have issues in my accounts i just cant contact the ebay support live chat, it do not appaers to me  i have things to solve but i cant because the live chat do not works !! Please i need help.
