Hi I'm new to ebay. My account seems to have a buying limit and doesn't allow me to complete purchase when I was trying to buy a second hand game console. I have never bought any thing on ebay before. My account is linked to my google account, my paypal, phone number and email, all comfirmed. And I also don't have any bad record on other shopping website. I just can't find out why there is a buying limit on my account.
