Have YOU marked them as sent? Or uploaded tracking numbers, if relevant?
I certainly don't have any issues with either scenario.
More information would definitely be required to determine if it is eBay or operator error.

Are you the buyer or the seller?
You are not a new seller, so I guess you know that you have to do it yourself. Or if you have done it and they are still not marked as sent, maybe there is a glitch and you should ask eBay.
If you are the buyer, you should ask the seller. Some sellers don't mark items as sent. If the items are small and sent in a letter, it probably does not matter.
