Will not ship to my address

I'm from NZ and want to purchase someting from AUS.

I cannot purchase the item because it states the seller will not ship to my address.

I have contacted the seller and he states he ships worldwide and it also states this on his listing.

Does anyone know what is happening here?

I can only guess.

The seller may have world wide shipping but NZ is on their exclusions lists without them realising.

Perhaps ask the seller to double check.

And no standing off side tomorrow night.
