I am trying to ch age from private to seller on eBay and it giving an error saying how embarrassing then application is down something like that

Firstly you have to change your feedback to public.

Secondly you have to read and understand how eBay now pays sellers.

Thirdly you need to register as a seller and fulfil the requirements of point 2.

Finally, you can start selling.
