cannot change my personal info

My ebay info is incorrect. I made a purchse which showed my old email address .

this email account was cancelled some time ago.

my correct email is REMOVED. but when I tried to correct this the ebay site rejected the change telling me that the email was already taken.

I also want to cancel a bank card which is shown on your website as I have added the new card and wish to cancel the old.

Each eBay account must have a unique email address.

If you are trying to change your email address associated with an account and eBay is telling you that the email is already associated with another account, you most likely have another eBay account tied to that address, and you must use a different email address.
