I am facing a continuous issue with the Live Chat feature on my account. Whenever I try to open the chat, the button appears but it is not clickable, and the chat window does not open. I have tried multiple times and tested it on different browsers and devices, but the issue still remains.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this problem, as I need to speak with an eBay agent regarding an important matter.

As mentioned, is it about the neg?

Has the buyer opened a dispute?

If so, do you have tracking showing proof of delivery?

Or have you received something from eBay about drop shipping? 

Your photos are lifted from other websites, do you actually have these items? 

Or something else?
