is anyone else having issues with UPC when trying to list or alter listings

I have contacted ebay several times. I am a seller but there is a glitch on ebay and wont allow me to list, change a listing in any way until I can supply a UPC number which I do not have, I am unable to get this fixed with ebays help and after several calls to ebay and a month of this frustration I am thinking about closing my account after nearly 17 years. I am forced to have a break from ebay due to this issue but I am still being charged subsription I am so disappointed with ebay. I have 100% feedback and a long history with ebay. Does anyone on this forum have any ideas as I would prefer to have this rectified or get the help I need through ebay that I might get some sort of resolution.

Try 'NA'. Works for me when eBay decide my books are audio, or technical, or any other non-relevant garbage.

With an average feedback rate of less than 50 per annum, have you considered dropping your store? Hang on you don't have one, so what are you subscribing to?

Hi Dave, appears there is a store, but no listings showing.....seller away until 3rd Sept

Close your store. Everyone gets 250,000 free listings a month now, so pointless having one with the amount of sales you've had in the last 3 months. The amount of FVF you'd be saving isn't worth it for the amount you're paying for a store.

Then, as Dave said, put NA in the box for UPC.
