is anyone else having trouble sending messages on eBay at the moment ? everytime I try to respond I

Everytime I try to respond I have to sign in again and start message again.  Then after couple of times trying , i get red message saying - not working now try again later. Why is this happening? I keep refreshing, but no improvement

I don't know - just do same things over and over, It's just that things stuff up like today and i don't know why but eBay keep saying it's them, not me. But others are saying it's cookies. So I get confused again. I am over 65 and left work before the computer revolution. When they keep changing things (upgrading) I get lost .

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache and rebooting your computer?

If you are in a login loop it can help.

Are you using Windows 10.....if you are you are probably using Edge which is attached to W10+++++++

I'll give you a tip.....don't play the age card to garner sympathy as it won't work.

I can give you a good 10 years and I am not the oldest member on the boards by any means and certainly not the oldest on ebay in general.

I must say I admire you for persevering with ebay, knowing how they change things all the time.

Haven't been able to download postage labels for hours. I'm guessing it Ebays problem will try again morning. Probably too many people shopping online on Ebay.....Just a guess. Im in the dark......

It looks to me as though you simply need to log in again.....but wait a while as the message says

It's going nothing to do with cookies or cache, it's their servers having issues. Seems to be affecting my ebay only at the moment

BTW if you need to access my ebay, just remove the .au it's the American version but atleast it works unlike the AU version

I know there are many odler people who understand very well computers - but I bet they have a real interest in it too. All the reading etc - I know people above my age who teach it , but it's a bit like any topic, you get it or you don't, maths, sciences, english, languages. The more it grabs you the more you take in. I just survive on what I know . Like a car I just want it to go.
