Why is ebay ignorant. The chat **bleep** has not responded to me now for 10 minutes. Why is ebay making me sign in and then verify myself over and over again. I have done this cycle over 10 time now and still can't leave feedback as I have to keep resigning in

Chat won't respond as I believe they only operate during business hours?
