I think you may have your current  and completed listings set up incorrectly  and I can see you've ended two listings yourself.

 

You have all the cards  advertised as "lots"  with more than 10 "lots" available meaning the listings could have 10 or more buyers.

 

I think you mean you have  one  item for sale in a listing which is eg  10 postcards

 

You need to revise  or end your current listings   and relist correctly immediately ,before you end up with more than one buyer.

If this has already happened, you'll need to apologise to the buyer.

I cannot see any of you current listings that also show in your completed listings

i came to same conclusion

have readjusted the lot description

apologised to the customer re duplication
