I have been an eBay customer for years now. Suddenly, I am treated as a new customer, and I am unable to leave feedback on anything more than a month old. I was also denied the use of my eBay Plus and had to rejoin. It is unacceptable customer service not to provide us with an email contact to resolve issues. Every page I visited, I was asked ridiculous questions, and then I was redirected to generic responses. No generic response resolves my issues. I am unable to even access purchases from more than 1 month ago. How do I contact some living human to discuss these issues, via email?

To speak with an eBay agent, use the "Help" hyperlink at the bottom of this page, and click on the blue "Contact us" button.

The account you are posting with was just created within the last week. You are being treated as a new user because you have (perhaps inadvertently) created a new account. Apparently it is easy to create a new account by signing in using a social media account not already linked to an existing eBay account.

 

Sign out of this account and sign back in to your original account using your original username and password to deal with transactions in that account.
