purchase display archiving timeouts

Broadly speaking it appears that purchase displays time out after two months of inactivity or no comment.

With some couriers, cost control equals slowness beyond COVID issues with transit times greater than 70-90 days even though most transits are one month at sea plus 14 days within the local country.

my item disappears off my purchase list leaving me to laboriously search for emails as well as bank accounts and PayPal by cost value alone chasing a vague notion that something is missing.

My purchase list should be ever-present as I wish to also budget and reorder from year to year.

I should not have to set up what is a separate audit system to deal with my private citizen individual purchases.

does anyone have advice?

At the top of your purchase history page click on "last 60 days" and you can go back to 2019.

As mentioned, use the drop down menu provided

There is no need to search for emails etc, set up special audit systems etc etc

Items don't disappear unless they were removed by eBay because the seller was beyond  dodgy as the day is long

It is certainly not going to be 'ever present' though, everyone gets the same amount of time

one month at sea plus 14 days within the local country.

You don't appear to be anywhere near up to date, with the state of international shipping
