I requested a callback from ebay but only get:
"This contact channel is temporarily unavailable" for multiple days!!
This is important, I must speak with a ebay employee.
How do I contat ebay?
Can ebay be sued for neglect if users are defrauded due to the inability to contact anyone at ebay to resolve financial resolve?
I have been a member for >10 years (above average), I will not tolerate being bullied by Ebay or treated this way.
I demand that I be able to communicate with an employee at ebay or else I will have a lawyer do it.

Finally the option changed (after trying practically all day).
They called me without issue, but this new change has been a horrible experience. And makes me really worried about doing business with this comapny (ebay) in the future.

Please do
I am sure your lawyer will demand the overseas call center which has been shut for at least 6 months due to Covid will re-open just for you
Given you are a long time and experienced member know you have already used the tools available to you without first having to contact eBay
By the way, is there a reason you are having your meltdown on the member to member forum for eBay Australia, ?nobody from eBay looks at people’s posts here so your threats are rather pointless

OP might want to try logging into eBay.com...as they are registered in the US...just sayin...

How do you think ebay Australia can help you when you are registered in the USA?
The call centre here has been closed for many months so we are used to using Live Chat where we have to initiate contact....nobody calls us back.

Isn't that the automatic first reaction for Murricans?

Yup! Sue now, ask later.
They stub their toe and want to sue someone about it. Pain, suffering, loss of income. A complete load of utter cow dung rot.
