sometimes sales that have been delivered show up on the awaiting postage page. how can I stop this?

sometimes sales that have been delivered show up on the awaiting postage page. I normally pick up on it before i resend an item ( I might not one day as it is listed right along side the awaiting postage items and looks identical with just an earlier date). is there a way to disable this or is just a random thing that cannot be changed

It's one of ebay's famous glitches so you'll need to keep an eye on it until it gets fixed whenever that may be?
