If it's gone, it's gone. It is/was an eBay function, not a seller one. Given eBay's current paranoia about contact before sale, it is likely they deleted it.

The item number is at the top right of the 'description' field.

Thanks for the reply I found the item number and the Mail functions returned the second I removed Add Block Off my Computer and it is working perfectly again
