unable to print postage labels 5/10/2019

I am unable to print a postage label today sat 5/10/2019 - the buyer has paid and I click print postage label and i get taken to a blank screen ?????  ugghh nothing has changed on my computer or printer do not understand - tried different browsers but nothing will work??? is there a problem with this link? Please help

I am having the same issue - Apparantly its a technical issue - I sent a chat message today and previously on Friday as well - pretty much told me they are working on it and I need to go to the post office - Great nice one EBAY

I have the same issue (click "print postage label" and get taken to a blank grey page, changing browser/clearing cache etc doesnt work) and found a workaround via the reddit forums (https://www.reddit.com/r/Ebay/comments/d6uqap/cant_print_shipping_labels/) which still seems to work (just worked for me). 

When you click the link and get taken to the page to print labels and it's grey, in the link itself, replace the words "new_label" with "back_to_classic" and it will take you back to the old shipping label page which works as it always did, then you can create and print the label 🙂

Hope it works for you as it did for me! Not sure why they're making a clunky platform even clunkier and that it could be out of action for weeks (people have been having this issue for like two or more weeks it seems!)

Hi Thanks but my screen doesnt come up with New Label to be able to change it - Looks like I will just have to suck up the extra cost at the Post Office until they fix the issue - Wont hold my breath as it alsmost been a week already

Thanks for that - works like a charm.

I think the problem eBay are having is updating their system to reflect the "NEW" Australia Post package size changes and costing.

Its no longer 500g, 3KG's and 5Kg's stachells - they are all up to 5KG's, but the prices have changed also. Complex !!

Anyway - hopefully they will sort it out soon.

You can always go onto the Auspost site and print labels there - that works fine also.

I have had no issues printing labels so obviously only a few are having problems.
