Are you trying to use Internet Explorer for eBay by any chance?

The lucky few who still can use it for eBay at all have posted about similar messages in the past

Have you logged into eBay on a shared computer recently?

Or trying to log in from a link sent in an email claiming to be from eBay?

No problems here.

If you are still using IE you may have problems as ebay has not supported it for a number of years now.
