you will need to give a bit more info like at what point are you having trouble with it . you don't know how to use it? you can put the code in? it won't accept the code?

It was mentioned just the other day that these codes are case-sensitive when you enter them during checkout.

Check also the starting and expiry dates, as well as the other T&Cs provided with the voucher.

The vouchers are saying expired when quite clearly it says on them expiry date 24th of August 23.59pm
