I paid for an item the guy wreckons he put wrong price on it. Now doesn't want to give us item

Tell him to refund immediately and then leave neg feedback to warn others "seller does not complete transaction if low price"

If they do not refund open a dispute for item not received and escalate to a claim as soon as the system allows.
