Is there a way to make suggestions to Ebay? or give them feedback ?

Just Curious if there is anyway i can make suggestions to Ebay? Where they might listen?

Just simple things like, I looking at outboard motors for boats 

But there is no way to reduce the search field to just working complete outboard motors. 

Instead they are mixed in with 100's of parts and non working outboard for parts. 

It makes it hard when you only want to look at working complete outboards. 

Same goes for my other complaint about not listing suburbs in the search field, especially for pick up items.

Right down at the bottom of the page is a link called "Tell Us What You Think" which is probably the best place to go if you want to make any suggestions to eBay, but be advised that you'll be banging your head against a brick wall because they never take any notice, no matter how good your ideas may be.

Get one of those skywriting planes, go above the layer of clouds during a storm and write your message to them.
