I note that this board is now a blank slate. Says something about what regard eBay has for Australians.
Not only do we not get any interaction from eBay, unlike the US where eBay at least obfuscates their policies, but now we have no avenues to talk to them.

All the posts disappeared a few months ago. Maybe because michelle-oz is not longer an eBay employee and hasn't been for quite a while? The forum was always locked anyway, so pretty darned useless.
They really need to update our forums a bit. Get rid of that useless, now empty one and change the description of the Tech one to say that eBay DOESN'T read it, and really doesn't care if you are having issues.

Her last post was on the Spring seller release 25/9/17 but no questions where answered.
Which was also the day after I sent her the report about the fake seed listings which are still making a good profit for eBay.
There was also a bit of abvuse involved from Crow and x3n0m after she quoted the wrong prices for Parcel
point but that was mainly after she stopped posting.
The first Q & A was on 20/7/17 and the last one was on Selling on eBay on 21/9/17 so didn't last long anyway so was completely outdated anyway so they should've just remove it completely.
The obviously put it into the too hard basket as a lot of questions were never answered and with some they skipped around them or got them wrong.
