Remove item but deducted my money

he system deducted my money $159 and $99 but you remove item that I bought. If I don't get my money back in one week, I will ask lawer to help. Hope you to understanding what I mean. I contracted you more than 5 times in every ways, but silence from you.

They where scam listings so they have been removed.

How did you pay?

If you paid via Paypal then just start an item not received dispute for each one.

Hopefully you didn't pay by bank deposit or another unsafe payment method as then you've lost your money.

You can't get items for prices that seem to good to be true on eBay anymore.

Yes, I pay with PAY PAL. I log on to my PayPal and it can't dispute because it's just completed. I try to contract many ways since the system sent me an email about remove item. But silence from eBay or PayPal. How can I do??;((

I've never done an Item Not Received claim.

Maybe ring paypal 1800 729 725  and speak to them, explain it was for an item not received,(as it was for two

scam listing and eBay removed them so you wont get them).

ONLY paypal can refund your money, not eBay...they dont have your money... paypal does.

Go to the Resolution Centre in paypal to open the dispute.

Find the items in your paypal receipts.  If you made two separate payments you will have to open 2 disputes...then escalate the disputes to claims as soon as the system will allow.

You do need to be patient....you cannot tell paypal that you give them a week to refund you...it does not work like that.

The exact same thing happened to me last week. I called Paypal and got them to open the case for me. I also emailed the seller and they told me that ebay had removed their listing because their photo violated ebay policy. I contacted ebay but they said they couldn't tell me why the listing had been removed. They sent me the item and I had no problems. Ebay are going to lose a lot of customers doing this as it scared the *** out of me too.
