There are incorrect URL links for the Australian Ebay Resolution Centre on an ebay webpage
as at the date of this post.
To test, go to (e.g. as a buyer);
http://ocsnext.ebay.com.au/ocs/home?
select (click on the picture of) a 'Recent Order', and then click on "Contact a seller", it sends you
to an ebay webpage with the blue coloured words (and associated link) "Resolution Center".
The link associated with the blue coloured words is;
http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com.au/
but that URL does not work, and the browser displays a 'Server not found' notice.
The correct URL for the link associated with the blue coloured words "Resolution Center" should be;
http://resolutioncentre.ebay.com.au/
which does work (note the difference in the spelling of 'centre'/'center' in the above URLs).
Therefore ebay au should correct the current incorrect URL for the link
associated with the blue coloured words "Resolution Center".
(P.S., there is a blue coloured clickable button containing the words "Resolution Center"
which also contains the incorrect link as explained above.)

You'd be better sending this information to eBay.
This is a users forum which is not monitored by eBay at all.

Just a further note - you will only see the ebay com au webpage with the blue coloured writing
and blue button if your selected 'Recent item' is still active , e.g. if you have not left Feedback
on the item.

Just a closing note;
By 7 JUL 2016 the above fault had been fixed for ebay com au , sometime in the preceding months.
