Excellent idea, particularly given that the customer service centre only reads from prepard script.
If we had a technical issues section at least members could check in and see what was happening on ebay with other members rather than questioning their own sanity.
The recent major outage which was basically worldwide was not addressed on their News board or even an announcement on eBay Aust. I found out by googling and found that it was out in Europe etc etc. I had "live chat" with a rep re problems in the week previous and had been told the normal clear cache, cookies etc which I had already done and then advised to change my password as the woman said their had been a recent hacking incident. Is this the cause of all these ongoing problems?
I got a follow up questionaire where I have expressed my disatisfaction with customer service - not the people, but the fact that they have no power and are just automatons rattling off scripts and I doubt the surveys are even read.
Love to know what happened to all those people who had auctions ending when the system crashed??
