Apart from the fact that this board is about the new store subscription package, eBay don't read the boards.

I have looked on the appropriate boards and there are no similar **bleeps** there, so it would seem to be specific to you. Try ringing eBay, but you will need to have a bit more detail available than you have provided so far. Or post on a relevant board where experienced members hang out, with the same provisos re detail.

I am pretty sure if the members here (who are the same members as yourself) had the power to change other people's ebay accounts, we would rather be changing it so non-payers paid,rather than changing someone's layout just for  the heck of it
