How can i change the my mobile number in my profile, then the ebay may send the text message to ... every time i want to reset my Ebay password.

Simple. Go to My eBay / Account / Addresses, then under Addresses click on 'change' on the right of your Registration Address,where you can either add or change your telephone numbers (both home & mobile).
