Hi Lisa
Go to your Ebay summary. Click on "account" located top left hand corner. Then click on "personal information". From there it will come up with your personal info. There will be one there called "password" and on the right hand side it says "edit". Click on that and it will require you to enter your old password and then a new password and confirmation.
Cheers

I did that and it did not work how you say. I had to enter my email address and then choose whether I wanted to be contacted by text or email and that I should follow the prompts within the email. Don't eBay always tell you not to trust emails supposedly from them? Maybe the hackers are diverting us to do it this way????

That's strange. I had no trouble changing my password yesterday, nor did my husband. I did get a confirmation email later saying I had changed my password. It could have something to do with the amount of traffic on ebay yesterday with all the password changes.

Then you should have done it a couple of months ago. THAT is when the hack occurred.
