Sign out then when you go to sign in again instead of entering your ID and password click on Register but you will need to get a new email address first as each ID must have it's own email address.

Just to add.. you can connect your new ID with your existing Paypal address. Paypal runs on email addresses and allow

you to link quite a number of different email addresses to the same acount.
