Changes to ‘quantity sold’ calculation for MSKU listings

On 15 December, 2021, a global platform change was made which resulted in adjusting the way the quantity sold on Multi-SKU product listings are displayed.

We understand there have been some concerns that there may be an error, however this is a platform change that is intended to benefit you.

What is the change and what does it mean for you?

We’ll now display the quantity sold for currently active product variations of the listing, as opposed to the quantity sold over the lifetime of the listing. 

This ensures that if you made product variation specific changes, which could be a result of product changes, you won't be shown incorrect sales quantities. Please note that this change impacts a listing where you make an edit or delete a product variation.
