The Officeworks Mailman service allowed you to deliver your eBay orders to lockers at Officeworks stores, where customers could collect their items.
Officeworks will soon retire this service, so it will no longer be displayed as a postage option on eBay from mid-July 2020.
What this means for you
If you have listings with the Mailman service enabled, you will need to update them with one of our other available postage options. If you have an order in progress using the Mailman service, you can rest assured your items will still be delivered and buyers will still be able to access the lockers for orders in progress.
