We wanted to update you on a recent tracking outage on eBay that may have affected your ability to upload tracking information to eBay.  The issue was identified on 19 August and resolved on 20 August. We want to ensure this doesn’t impact your eBay business, so we’ve implemented measures to support you.

 

For eBay orders places from 19 to 20  August, we have implemented the below seller protections:

  • We will remove your late shipment defects
  • We will remove your Item Not Received (INR) count in Service Metrics, along with any related Negative or Neutral Feedback.

These protections mean your seller performance should not be impacted by this outage.  Please still make sure to upload tracking to any item not received requests submitted by buyers to ensure they are resolved.
