Listing Issues
We've received reports of technical issues when listing in Clothing, Shoes and Accessories categories. You may see irrelevant item specifics values when revising or creating listings.
Following the addition of new item specifics as part of last weeks category changes, some item specifics in a small number of listings were not carried over. We’re working to implement a solution by the end of this week so your required fields won’t remain blank.
We'd like to assure you that your listing visibility has not been impacted and that eBay is working to fix these issues as a high priority. You do not need to take any action on your listings.
Seller Hub Sales Data
Some sellers may have seen a gap in their sales data in the Performance Tab in Seller Hub between 12 October and 15 October. We’ve completed the backfilling of the missing data, however this will happen in stages so some sellers may experience an additional delay of data between Oct. 18 - Oct. 22. We are actively working on speeding up the process for those sellers.
We will post an update once both of these issues have been resolved, so keep an eye out for further information.
