As part of this expansion, The Seller Refurbished item condition and Multi-SKU variants are being removed in those categories.
Seller Refurbished item condition listings to be moved to Used item condition
To assure consistent seller standards and item quality, the Seller Refurbished item condition will be removed in the Tablet, Smartwatches, Laptop computer, and Desktop computer categories.
- If you have current listings in the Tablets and/or Smartwatches categories with item condition Seller Refurbished, you will need to amend the item condition to Used before February 9, 2022.
- If you have current listings in the Laptop or Desktop computer categories with item condition Seller Refurbished, you will need to amend the item condition to Used before March 9, 2022.
“Condition” as a multi-SKU variant will be removed
To reduce confusion with the new grades, all condition- and grade-related variants as multi-SKU variant options will be removed in the listing experience for Tablets, Smartwatches, Laptops, and Desktops. This change will enhance the overall buying experience, and it will be permanent.
- For Tablets and Smartwatches with condition- and grade-related variants, you will need to create new listings for each variation by 9th February.
- For Laptops and Desktops with condition- and grade-related variants, you will need to create new listings for each variation by 9th March.
We recommend creating a new listing for each existing condition variation (Grade A, Grade B, etc.) in the Used item condition, and Identify the condition variation in your new listing title/item description.
