We wanted to remind you, you now have access to our Multi-User Account Access Tool, which allows you to grant access to your employees to perform selling activities on your behalf. This provides both you and your employees added security and privacy for your eBay account.
You can grant permission for your employees to:
- List items - create and edit drafts and/or publish and revise listings on your behalf.
- View Orders - read-only access to the Orders tab in Seller Hub and/or permission to download Order reports.
Simply go to My eBay > Summary > Account, and click Permissions under My Account to invite your users and grant them permissions.
