We're making some changes to our eBay User Agreement on eBay.com.au. For existing users, the updated User Agreement will take effect on 10 November 2025.

What's changed
The Click & Collect section of the User Agreement has been updated to reflect that "Click & Collect from the retailer" is being retired as a delivery option on eBay.com.au.
Click & Collect at Parcelpoint or HUBBED will still be available on eligible items. This service allows a buyer to have their eBay order sent to a collection location of their choice. Learn more about buying with Click & Collect.

Please take some time to read our updated User Agreement.
- If you accept the updated terms, you don't need to do anything else.
- If you do not agree with the updated terms, please take steps to close your account. Should you choose to do this, you may wish to remove your listings prior to the updated terms coming into effect. There is information about what happens to your listings following an account closure under the General section of the User Agreement.
