From 20th June 2013, we're upgrading the current Top Rated seller program and introducing Top Rated Plus.
Please visit the Seller Centre to review the changes and start updating your listings to offer the new postage and returns requirements.
Timings:
- Update your listings to meet Top Rated Plus requirements as soon as you can
- 20th June: The seller dashboard will be updated to reflect your seller and listings status
- Beginning in August: Be prepared for the buyer facing launch of Top Rated Plus, including search visibility changes and seller status evaluation
These changes are about meeting the expectations of buyers in 2013 and beyond. By improving your overall offering to maintain (or gain) Top Rated Seller status and gain Top Rated Plus status on your listings, you'll establish an outstanding competitive position.
