Recent government restrictions across Australia may have affected your eBay business. We'll keep this post updated with the latest seller protections and who they apply to.

 

Seller Protections: See the currently measures we've implemented to protect you

 

  • We will automatically remove
    • Your Late Shipment Rate defects, Seller Cancellation defects and related Negative or Neutral Feedback received for transactions between the above dates
    • Your Item Not Received (INR) count in Service Metrics, along with any related Negative or Neutral Feedback, will be removed automatically for transactions between the above dates. To be eligible, upload valid tracking before the estimated delivery date. 
  • We’re also extending onsite Estimated Delivery Dates for affected areas to manage buyer expectations and give you more time to fulfil your orders. 

Protected areas: The above seller protections apply to the following areas 

 

  • Victoria from 5 August to at least 2 December 2021
  • Greater Sydney including the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour from 25 June to 18 November 2021
  • Rural and Regional NSW and the ACT from 5 August to 18 November 2021
