What’s changing:
From late April, we’re lowering the threshold for Authenticity Guarantee handbags and sneakers, so more items can be authenticated. The new thresholds are:
- Handbags: previously on eligible items sold for AUD $350 or more, changing to $330
- Sneakers: previously on eligible items sold for AUD $150, changing to $140
We’ll also be expanding eligibility to include the following additional brands:
- Arc'teryx
- Canada Goose
- Issey Miyake
- Moncler
- Stone Island
- Supreme
- The North Face
This means more of your products can be authenticated, helping you sell with confidence and reach buyers who appreciate the safety of purchasing items covered by Authenticity Guarantee.

How Authenticity Guarantee works:
- List your eligible items at or above the new thresholds and, once purchased, send the item to our authentication facility, at no additional cost to you
- Our professionally trained authenticators verify your item, then ship it to the buyer using a free tracked express delivery service
- If a buyer returns your item, it’s re-inspected by our authenticators before returning to you
